Excellent presentation, thanks Stephen. It may be too much to ask, but perhaps educational institutions could cooperate to share simulators, so staff did not have to go to far flung campuses for training.

ps: At the upper end of simulators, one of my colleagues runs a commercial 737 flight simulator in Canberra. This is used by professional pilots, as well as for entertainment.
